Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal data EduMailFree (“we”) processes when you use https://siteindex.cc, why, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws. Contact: admin@siteindex.cc.
1. Data we process
Temporary inboxes
Email sent to a temporary address is stored so you can read it: sender, recipients, subject, body, attachments and the raw message. Free inbox contents are deleted automatically when the inbox expires (10 minutes); Pro inbox contents after 24 hours. You can delete messages or the whole inbox earlier.
Accounts
If you register: your email address, a hashed password, optional two-factor secret, language, wallet balance, the addresses you created and your referral relationship.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal, Stripe or Cryptomus, which act as independent controllers for the payment data you give them. We receive and keep the payment reference, amount, currency, status and any later refund or dispute notice, and we generate invoices for your records.
Security and abuse-prevention logs
To protect the Service, our users and our payment providers against fraud, abuse, spam and chargebacks, we record the IP address and timestamp of security-relevant actions. This includes sign-up, sign-in, creating addresses, wallet transactions, top-ups, API requests and abuse reports. These IP addresses are stored alongside the related account or transaction record and in rate-limiting and error logs.
Legal basis: our legitimate interests in securing the Service and preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for payment records, our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Retention: rate-limit data is removed after 24 hours and technical error logs after 30 days. IP addresses attached to payments and wallet transactions are kept as long as the related accounting record must be kept by law, typically up to 10 years. They are used only for security, fraud investigation and dispute handling. They are never used for advertising or profiling and never sold.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
2. Cookies and local storage
- pi_sess — session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms (strictly necessary).
- pi_ref — remembers which affiliate referred you, for up to 30 days (necessary to credit the referral).
- pi_lang — your language choice.
- Local storage keeps your open inboxes, their recovery keys and your light/dark preference on your device only.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own. If the site shows ads, the ad provider's own notice applies.
3. Links inside received emails
Links in received emails are opened through a link-masking redirect so that the sender cannot see which page you came from.
4. Recipients and transfers
We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment providers, Cloudflare) and with authorities where the law requires it. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. Send requests to admin@siteindex.cc; we answer within one month.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed, recovery keys and API keys are stored only as hashes, and connections use TLS. No system is perfectly secure; please do not use temporary inboxes for highly sensitive mail.
