Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EduMailFree at https://siteindex.cc (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

1. What the Service does

EduMailFree provides temporary email addresses that receive incoming mail for a limited time. Free addresses expire after 10 minutes; Pro addresses purchased from your wallet stay active for 24 hours. The Service only receives email — it cannot be used to send email to third parties.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • commit fraud, impersonate others, or evade bans, chargebacks or sanctions;
  • create accounts at scale on third-party platforms in breach of their terms;
  • receive material that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material;
  • attack, overload or probe the Service, or bypass rate limits and security controls.

We may suspend accounts, revoke API keys and remove addresses that break these rules. Abuse can be reported at https://siteindex.cc/report-abuse.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor codes, API keys and inbox recovery keys secret. Anyone holding a recovery key can open the matching inbox until it expires.

4. Wallet, Pro addresses and the API

Wallet top-ups start at $2.00 and are processed by PayPal, Stripe or Cryptomus. Your wallet balance can only be spent on the Service and is not redeemable for cash. Each Pro address is charged at the price shown when you create it. Your first confirmed top-up unlocks the developer REST API at no extra cost.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including the automatic refund when a paid address receives no email.

5. Affiliate programme

Referral commissions are credited to the referrer's wallet as a percentage of confirmed deposits by referred users. Self-referrals are not allowed. Commissions on deposits that are later refunded or disputed are reversed.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that every message will be delivered by the sending server. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be announced on the site.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
