Automatic refund when no email arrives

Every Pro address comes with a delivery guarantee. If not a single message reaches the address within 10 minutes of buying it, the full price is returned to your wallet automatically. You get a notification in your dashboard and by email. No request is needed.

You can also cancel an empty Pro address yourself once it is at least 2 minutes old; the price goes straight back to your wallet.

Once at least one message has been delivered, the order counts as fulfilled and is no longer refundable.

Wallet top-ups

Unspent wallet balance from a top-up made in the last 14 days can be refunded to the original payment method on request, minus any balance already used. Promotional credit and affiliate commissions are not refundable. Write to admin@siteindex.cc with your invoice number.

Disputes and chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or reversed through PayPal, your card issuer or Cryptomus, the disputed amount is removed from your wallet and the account is suspended until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first — most problems can be fixed faster directly.
